Returns Policy

We want you to love your Absaloodle goodies—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

 

You have 7 days from receiving your order to get in touch and request a refund.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email

 

To start a return, please email hello@absaloodledesigns.com.au or fill out the contact form on our website. Once your request is accepted, you’ll receive instructions for sending your items back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—unauthorised returns won’t be accepted.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Sale items

  • Personalised products

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

Once your return is received and processed, you’ll get a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We currently ship within Australia.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Packaging

We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, and every parcel is packed with love—plus a little Absaloodle flair!

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

 

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at
